How to get 10% off your first purchase
- Sign up to our newsletter on our homepage before placing an order and start shopping!
- If you prefer to wait a bit before you shop, no worries, there will be a link to our store in your welcome email!
- Provided you remain subscribed, your first discount will be automatically applied- Like Magick! When you put your email in whilst going through the checkout, your discount will appear.
- If you do not receive a welcome email, be sure to check your promotions/spam folder.
*Please note: Free shipping does not apply to orders that have a discount applied.
FAQ & Troubleshooting:
Why does my discount not show in the cart?
Your email is the key to your discount success! Until you are either signed in on your Shop account with the email used to sign up, or you put your email address in at the checkout, the discount will not show.
I have added my email, but it is still not showing?
Try checking out on an incognito browser, clearing your computers cache etc. Also make sure your email is exact i.e. no extra spaces, capitals etc.
What will be applied- free shipping or the 10% off discount?
All customers, even those unsubscribed to email marketing are eligible for free shipping when their order is above $150, however this does not apply if you are also receiving the 10% discount. The discount will be applied instead of free shipping for all customers who are eligible (i.e. it is their first order and they signed up and have agreed to email marketing).
Why can't I see the free shipping discount applied?
The shipping discount will not be applied until you put your address into the checkout. If you are logged into your account on the store, or on the Shop app, you should automatically see any discount and/or free shipping eligibility.
If I click the check out button, will my money be taken?
No, clicking the check out button from your cart page simply takes you to the next page where you can enter your details and complete the checkout process (Do not click on the express checkout buttons underneath the cart checkout button if you would like to see the discounts etc prior to checking out)
I want to pay with Paypal or Google Pay and I cannot see the discount, how can I do this without using the express pay button and checking out automatically?
If you would like to see your cart total prior to checking out and you want to pay with a method other than Shop or credit card, click the checkout button, enter your relevant details- i.e. email (important), name, address etc and under the heading payment method, select alternative payment methods where you can choose between credit card, PayPal, Zip, Afterpay etc.
Once I sign up to receive email marketing, how often will I receive promotional emails
We do not send emails more than once per week, and usually a lot less than this. We will only email you when we have something to share :), suchas
