Packaging
All orders are hand picked and packaged in recyclable and biodegradable packaging. We do not use fulfilment centres. Where we can, we limit our use of plastic in packaging your order. We do re-use packaging that we receive from suppliers so if you receive non-biodegradable packaging you can rest assured that it has been recycled through our store and we encourage you to also re-use it!
Handling
All orders are prepared within 1 working day. If orders are received on weekend or public holidays order will ship next working day.
Delivery Cost
Standard delivery within Australia for orders under $150 is a flat rate of $9.95.
Express post is available for $15.
We offer free standard postage for orders $150 and over. Free shipping does not apply to already discounted orders.
We currently do not ship overseas.
Delivery Times
All parcels within Australia are shipped using Australia Post. Please note we currently do not offer international shipping.

Please note- if you live in a very remote part of Australia, such as remote QLD, WA or NT, delivery can take up to 20 days.

Delivery Policy
Customs and import charges for international orders
Customs and import charges are imposed by the destination country and vary according to the value of the order and other variables outside of our control. As such these fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service prior to purchase if you need more information.
Authority To Leave
All orders valued under $150 sent within Australia are sent with Authority To Leave. If you are not home when your order is delivered, it will be left somewhere safe.
Address Details
When placing your order, please ensure that you have the correct shipping address entered at the checkout. Any losses /redirections incurred due to incorrect shipping information being provided will be at the expense of the person receiving the parcel.

We want you to have the best online shopping experience, so if you have any problems with your order, please contact us.
If you receive an order with missing or damaged items, take a photograph of how your item has been delivered- especially if the outside of the carton/satchel looks damaged. Contact us and let us know what is missing/damaged and we will sort it out for you!
