Are the Tarot & Oracle Cards genuine?

With so many rip off products on the market, we get this question quite often. We only stock and sell genuine Tarot & Oracle Cards and books. All of our cards & books are purchased from Australian Book distributors. 

Can I return Tarot & Oracle Cards?

 

We do not accept returned Tarot & oracle cards that have been opened. Please choose carefully prior to purchase of these products. All of our cards are sold new, sealed in plastic (except the few sets that do not come sealed from the distributor). We cannot accept them back unsealed. If you change your mind and wish to return a set in original sealed condition, we will allow this, however we do not pay return postage or refund original postage.

 

FAQ Shipping Your Orders

How fast do you pack and send a product.

Products are packed and ready for pick up, by the end of business the following day at the latest. Having said that, we do try to pack everything on the day the order is received, even if we are packing at midnight, and yes we have actually done that. If your order before 12 noon, on a business day, your items will usually be sent same day.

 

Which Postal Service Do You Use

We use Australia Post for all of our shipments.

 

Will My Order Come With Tracking?

All of our deliveries are sent via regular post with tracking via AusPost

What Is Cygnet Studio?

Cygnet Studio is a part of the Curious Cauldron business that creates handmade products and art made from recycled materials.

Are the Cygnet Studio Products and Art Originals?

Everything that is under the Cygnet Studio Brand is an original, created and painted on site

What paints do you use in the Cygnet Studio Products?

We only use Water based Acrylic paints and coatings, unless specified.

What Species of wood do you use in the Cygnet Studio Handmade Products?

Where possible we use rescued wood from a damaged piece of furniture or wood that is just not wanted anymore and is headed for landfill etc. Therefore in the case of rescued wood we may not know what species of wood it is.

Either way we will only ever use sustainable FSC products. That being said, depending on the product it could be plantation grown pine or some rescued vintage hardwood. i.e. Blackbutt, River Red Gum, Red Bloodwood or any other of the many Eucalypt species.
