Caring for your Cast Iron Cauldron

Because these are made of cast iron, if not treated with respect they will rust. In order to prevent your cauldron developing rust follow these simple rules:

  • Do not leave your cauldron immersed in water or leave potions or water in it for too long.
  • Every now and then, scrub your cauldron, dry thoroughly and give a light coating of oil, ensuring that you wipe off any excess oil.

If you treat your cauldron right, it will serve you well for years to come!
